Service Description
This collaborative training initiative is designed to deliver high-quality, skill-based education to individuals across Africa and beyond, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s global workforce. Led by a distinguished team of professionals—Dr. Scott Reed Mickelsen, Dr. Joseph Akpan, Mr. Spalding Ju, and Mrs. Mitzi Mickelsen—this initiative is supported by leading U.S. colleges and international university partners. With deep experience in leadership, education, healthcare, agriculture, and entrepreneurship, this team brings a dynamic, interdisciplinary approach to workforce development. Each training cycle ranges from 1 to 6 months, offering hands-on, practical instruction designed to prepare participants for employment, career advancement, or entrepreneurial success. This program not only builds technical competencies but also strengthens leadership, innovation, and community resilience, empowering participants to make a lasting impact.
Cancellation Policy
At New Heights Consulting, LLC, we understand that schedules can change. We strive to accommodate the needs of our clients while maintaining the integrity of our time and services. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Standard Cancellation Notice Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled service date to avoid any fees. 2. Cancellations Within 15 Business Days Cancellations made within 15 business days of the scheduled service may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total service agreement. 3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be billed at 50% of the total service fee to cover preparation time and reserved availability. 4. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows If a cancellation is made on the day of service or the client fails to show or be available, the full service fee (100%) will be charged. 5. Rescheduling We are happy to reschedule your consulting service once, at no additional charge, if notified at least 72 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 6. Emergency Circumstances We understand emergencies happen. In cases of severe illness, natural disasters, or other significant events, we will review cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
