dr. scott mickelsen
Scott Reed Mickelsen, PhD has over 30 years of experience as a leader and educator in higher education, and he is passionate about empowering organizations with strategic planning, professional development, human resource management, action plans, communications, public speaking, and executive advising. These are the services that we provide through our company, New Heights Consulting, LLC to educational institutions, agricultural entities and other clients who seek to enrich others and better serve their communities.

Previously, Scott has been a president, vice president of academic affairs, Educational Dean, professor at various universities, colleges, and high schools. He has developed and implemented innovative and sustainable programs, curricula, and partnerships that attracted and retained students and faculty. Furthermore, he also managed accreditation, budgeting, and networking with area businesses. Scott believes in making decisions with all in mind and creating a culture of caring and excellence. My goal is to help organizations achieve their vision and mission with integrity and collaboration.

mitzi Mickelsen, msn, rn
Mitzi Mickelsen, MSN, RN has been a registered nurse for 36 years with experience in many aspects and areas of acute care and holistic nursing. She has been a nurse educator for 19 years, teaching in university, adjunct, dual credit, online, and hybrid settings. She has developed curriculum for high school and college level programs, including research for NCLEX prep evaluation that increased their pass rate to 99%. She has presented at professional meetings, developed programs for international companies, and helped improve retention by developing a team of experts. She was the founder of a professional and personal development program across the undergraduate and graduate nursing program at an online university.

Additionally, Mitzi has had tremendous experience and exposure in training companies and International organizations in helping them explore, verbalize, and finalize their mission, vision, and core value statements. This expertise has helped them gain new heights and realizations within their companies.
In conclusion, among Mitzi's students and trainees, a common theme has been that they couldn't have been successful without her.
mauri stosich
Mauri Stosich brings with her a passion for excellence to New Heights Consulting, LLC. The expertise she has brought to the company in the past year has been providing clarity in setting itineraries, proofing national and international documents, and her application of strategic and critical thinking as we embark on expanding the business.
Mauri brings with her experience in agriculture and the healthcare profession. A desire of hers is providing wholistic care for the patients, their families, and the staff she works with while making sure their needs are heard and met. Patients have been heard to say, "they were so glad when Mauri was the one who came to help them."
Lastly, we appreciate that she brings a positive attitude and a caring regard to those we engage with.

Spalding Jugganaikloo
Originally from Mauritius, Jugganaikloo is an executive leader with 25 years of experience in US higher education. He worked at 6 institutions of higher education in the US with three of them at the executive levels sitting on the University president’s cabinet.
In Mauritius he founded The American Campus which has been operational for seven years serving both local and international students.
He is an innovative and creative thinker in the use of technology to increase efficiency and enhance teaching and learning.
He is a visionary and strategic planner with a rich cultural background and a broad educational foundation. Jugganaikloo has a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from BYU-Hawaii, a master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University, and a master’s in Educational Technology from Idaho State University.
He is currently completing a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Idaho State University.
Nadiel Pacheco Kowalski
Nadiel Pacheco Kowalski, graduated in Portuguese and English at Ponta Grossa State University, post-graduation in Agribusiness at FAE/CDE, Extension Course in Economy and Administration for Food Chain System Agents, by FEAL/ESALQ and Christian Leadership specialization in the EUA (Hawaii) and Singapore. Has been a self-employed consultant in communication, events organization, institutional and commercial relations, cooperativism and training programs since April 2006 as the Director of NPK Consulting. Has organized about 460 technical groups (inbound and outbound) escorting nearly eleven thousand delegates mainly in Brazil but also in the USA, Canada, Argentina, Chile and Europe in the last 22 years, as Tour Manager and Translator (English/Portuguese). Has large experience organizing events, ministering training programs and lectures (not only in Brazil but also USA and Canada) and being the master of ceremonies for events, openings and graduation ceremonies. Also as a home office worker, translating technical content related to agriculture and livestock, such as manuals, pamphlets, reports and video scripts. Translation of books by various authors for Christian bookstores and publishers.
Main hobbies include travelling and choir singing. Has been living in Castro, Paraná State for the last 40 years. Has been married to Eliane for 49 years. The couple has two children, Vinícius (agronomist, 46) and Ana Lúcia (Administrator, 40) and two grandchildren (Felipe, 20 and Benjamim 10).
