Establishing Agri-Green Youth Clubs with FAO and MOYS

In collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS), our team recently contributed to the development of the Agri-Green Youth Clubs initiative. This program aims to equip young people with practical skills and knowledge in sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and community leadership. Through engaging educational content and hands-on experiences, Agri-Green Youth Clubs are set to foster a new generation of environmentally conscious leaders who are dedicated to sustainable agricultural practices.

Our involvement focused on building a comprehensive foundation for the Agri-Green Youth Clubs within three selected youth centers. Working closely with FAO and MOYS, we were responsible for creating the manual, methodology, and overall structure for these clubs. This structure provides a clear framework for delivering content on sustainable agriculture and green practices, empowering young participants to take active roles in agricultural innovation and community-based environmental initiatives.

The outcomes of this project have set a strong precedent for future Agri-Green Youth Clubs. By establishing a structured approach that can be easily adapted across various regions, we are helping to ensure that young people in diverse communities gain access to quality agricultural education and resources. The program’s structured methodology will allow for consistent quality across youth centers and enable scalability to other locations, promoting a sustainable future through youth-led agricultural innovation.

This collaboration highlights the powerful potential of partnerships between government bodies and international organizations. As we continue to work on expanding the reach of Agri-Green Youth Clubs, we look forward to empowering more youth to embrace sustainable agriculture, lead green initiatives, and make impactful changes within their communities.
